Overseas Trucking and Inland Transport Once we receive a client’s commission, we immediately determine the overseas trucking and loading plan based on the machine’s exterior dimensions, weight, and loading address, effectively mitigating risks during transport from the overseas factory to the port. Ro-Ro Vessel Booking For self-propelled large agricultural machinery like this, we generally recommend roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) vessel transport as the first choice. This method allows the machine to be driven directly into the ship’s hold — like entering a large mobile parking lot — minimizing the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

Additionally, since agricultural machinery operations are highly seasonal with strict time requirements, we typically arrange direct sailing routes for our clients, avoiding transshipment and delivering the equipment to the domestic destination port in the shortest possible time.

Port Unloading and Customs Clearance When the Ro-Ro vessel arrives at the Tianjin Ro-Ro terminal, our ground operations team drives the equipment off the vessel immediately. Simultaneously, we initiate the import customs clearance process, assisting the importer with document preparation and duty payment. Without a customs inspection, the equipment can be cleared and released quickly.

Precision Domestic Delivery After customs release, our ground team visits the terminal in advance to physically verify the equipment dimensions and develop the most reliable domestic trucking plan, avoiding overweight and oversize issues. For the domestic leg, we typically use lowbed trailers with ramps. The importer’s engineer or our experienced on-site personnel drives the machinery directly onto the trailer, where it is secured before safely departing for the customer’s designated location.

• Fire Extinguisher Installation: Due to safety regulations, agricultural machinery shipped from overseas typically doesn’t carry fire extinguishers. We equip them before the machinery hits domestic roads, eliminating safety hazards.
• Winter Anti-Freeze Treatment: For equipment delivered to severely cold regions like Northeast China during winter, we pre-fill the machinery with -50°C antifreeze at Tianjin Port, ensuring the equipment can start normally and be unloaded smoothly even in extreme cold.
